Oral Hygiene
As we all know, it's very important to have well cared teeth, but having a good oral hygiene is more than having a nice smile or having that minty fresh breath. Little do we know, having a good oral hygiene results in being healthy, because our teeth is the first step towards our digestive system it's what helps us chew. As Dr. Preston mentioned to me, that one advice we all should inhale from senior citizens is to have a good set of teeth. It concerns a lot of senior citizens as they get older and it's reasonable.
